Quality built into every commercial lot.
A clear control plan connects raw-material identity, processing, testing, packing and export documents.
Identity starts at intake.
Incoming root lots are checked against agreed purchasing and processing criteria. Supplier, origin and lot records support onward traceability.
Methods matched to product and customer specification.
Testing may include HPLC assay where applicable, microbiological parameters, heavy metals, pesticide residues, aflatoxins and ochratoxin. Exact panels, limits and laboratory sources are confirmed in the signed specification or quotation.
One commercial lot, one document trail.
Lot identification is maintained through processing, packing, storage and dispatch. Product labels and shipment records are linked to the commercial order.
Protection continues after release.
Packing format, inner liners, net weight, palletization and storage conditions are agreed by product and destination. Export lots are released with the applicable commercial and quality documents.
